Life changing... I would have never believed there could be a solution
I don’t usually write reviews, but for the Ozlo Sleepbuds, I’m making an exception.
I’ve battled insomnia since I was 14. For the last 17+ years, Ambien (zolpidem) was the only thing that got me to sleep. Without it, severe tinnitus kicks in—my mind starts racing with a million thoughts, and it takes 4–6 hours to finally drift off. I’d wake up angry, depressed, and short-fused, which led to more meds, more problems, and a ripple effect on every part of my life—physical health, relationships, work. You name it, lack of sleep wrecked it.
At 57, I’ve now been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment/early dementia. To stay functional, I’ve cut back on some meds and lowered my zolpidem dose… which made falling asleep brutally hard again.
I’ve tried everything—white noise machines, expensive pillows, supplements, therapy, sleep studies, you name it. Thousands of dollars down the drain on stuff that didn’t move the needle.
Then I stumbled across these Ozlo Sleepbuds completely by accident. My first thought? “Yeah, right—another gadget. Probably won’t work.” I hesitated because of the price, but YOLO, I ordered them.
Best decision I’ve ever made.
Now I fall asleep in 10–15 minutes. I pick a sound (I love the campfire one—crickets, frogs, crackling fire), close my eyes, picture myself camping under the stars, and the tinnitus fades into the background. It’s still there, but masked enough that it doesn’t hijack my brain anymore.
I stay asleep longer. I wake up actually wanting to get…
