What is the warranty?

Ozlo Sleepbuds come with a 1-year warranty. In the EU and UK, that is extended to two years. See Details

Do they have noise cancelling?

Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.

Can I stream anything?

Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.

Do they have an alarm?

Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.

Is there a phone-free mode?

While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.

What is the wireless range?

Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices. 

Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?

Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 17 or later.

No.

Can they take phone calls?

While there is a microphone in the charging case (to assess the noise level in your sleeping environment), there is no microphone in Sleepbuds® to support phone calls.

    Ozlo protects my sleep

    This sleep earbuds device is a game changer, been a customer since early backing ozlo. My poor pre launch device was thrashed and ive since replaced to get better consistency. This device enables me to have decent sleep every time. Best device on market. Cant really sleep now without it.

    Best purchase of my life

    I didn’t have huge expectations for these, as I’ve tried so long to get something to block my boyfriends snoring, so let me tell you, my life will never be the same! This is the best thing I have ever owned. I sleep like the dead now, 8 hours nearly every night! I look forward to pop in my Ozlo earbuds every night because I know I’ll get silence and calm around me. Also huge plus is the alarms from the app, I also have never woken up as easily before. These are worth the cost, believe me.

    A great nights sleep

    Bought for hubby who suffers with tinnitus and has tried alternate buds to sleep in but they've always fallen out or lost charge.

    These have been a game changer. They remain charged throughout the night, stay connected and he's says that they're so comfortable to wear

    He's managed to sleep through the night a few times since receiving these and the alarm has had to wake him for work

    Great device that works!

    I like quiet to fall asleep and my partner's CPAP machine was keeping me awake. Using the Sleepbuds and streaming from CALM I now fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

    So far worth getting

    I can't say these sleep buds have changed my life dramatically or that now I sleep through the night like a baby. However, they do help block out all noise and I love that I can listen to meditations to help me fall asleep and fall back to sleep. They are definitely 4.5 star worthy! The volume in only my left sleep bud went out after only a week so I returned for a fully functioning pair - and let's just say I didn't return until I had received the new ones! I also purchased the care plan because of this incident. I am overall very happy with my sleep buds.

    Really like the buds only disadvantage is I have to put them in the back in the box to download new sounds however they have made my quality of sleep better still not sure how to connect my Bluetooth
