I was struggling to sleep for months living in an old building on a busy city street, and these have been a lifesaver. I'm a side sleeper; it took me a couple weeks to get used to the earbuds but now I hardly feel them. I keep the volume at 50% or lower and it's enough to tune out most outside noise. I will say they're not noise cancelling so I still have trouble falling asleep with neighbors stomping overhead, but once I'm asleep I only wake up to the alarm in the earbuds. Gone are the days of getting woken up at the crack of dawn by my neighbors' spawn running laps around the apartment! My one complaint is that the connection process is a bit clunky. I wish these would connect automatically when you take them out of the case like airpods so I could use them without looking at my phone at night.

I have sufered for years with insomnia, waking up every 2-3 hours. I bought the Ozlo Sleepbuds when t hey were in therie kickstarter days and right off the bat, I was sleeping through out the night. I am a side sleeper and have bnever had any discomfort or issues with the buds falling out. The Slumber studios podcasts knock me out and the smooth transition from story to sound masking keeps me asleep. In addition to the product is the customer support. I can't say enough about the team's dedication to fixing issues. They have actually had zoom calls with me in the early days when I was having connectivity issues. The current platform has eliminated all the bugs and is extremely user friendly when firmware updates are required. Bose made a mistake letting this product and team go!

These are absolutely, hands down, the most comfortable earbuds I’ve found for side sleeping. I did a ton of research and kept going back and forth before buying, but these really are in a league of their own for comfort. If you’re a side sleeper who’s struggled with earbuds digging into your ears, these are worth it.

That said, they’re not flawless. The battery life isn’t fantastic, and the Bluetooth connection can be a bit clunky. They don’t automatically disconnect when you take them out or put them back in the case, you have to manually disconnect them, which feels dated compared to AirPods or most other wireless earbuds.

Still, for me, comfort wins. They’re pricey, but if your main priority is actually being able to sleep with earbuds in, I’d highly recommend them — just know the tech side of things isn’t as smooth as it could be.

When the Ozlo Sleepbuds work properly and last through the night, they’re genuinely life-changing. I sleep deeply—often a full eight hours—and wake up noticeably more rested after using them. Paired with a blackout eye mask, the experience is far better than using ambient noise from a TV. They also block out small disturbances, like blanket movement or my cat in the morning, which helps ease my sleep time anxiety. However, the charging case design is frustrating—the magnets don’t guide the buds into place as naturally as the Bose open-ear headphone case. More importantly, if the case isn’t kept plugged in, the buds often die after 5–6 hours. For the price, I expected more reliable charging and battery life. That said, these fill a unique need, and I highly recommend them. I was skeptical at first—especially since I already own AirPods Pro, Bose open-ears, and others—but I still reach for the Ozlos at least every other night. If the case and battery were improved, I’d easily give them five stars.

I have a problem with the ear buds staying connected to the phone. I really love them but from the very first they disconnect even though the phone and case are right next to me on my nightstand. All I have to do is turn over in bed and they disconnect. I wild love to use them during the day but they constantly disconnect. I know I’m way out of warranty, but if the case is the problem could I purchase a replacement case? I’ve read about so many issues with this problem and to have spent as much money as I did on them they shouldn’t have this problem. I wouldn’t consider buying again without reassurance that this issue has been fixed.
