What is the return policy?

What is the warranty?

Ozlo Sleepbuds come with a 1-year warranty. In the EU and UK, that is extended to two years. See Details

Do they have noise cancelling?

Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.

Can I stream anything?

Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.

Do they have an alarm?

Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.

Is there a phone-free mode?

While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.

What is the wireless range?

Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices. 

Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?

Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 16.4 or later.

While there is a microphone in the charging case (to assess the noise level in your sleeping environment), there is no microphone in Sleepbuds® to support phone calls.

    Over a year in still working well.

    Every update has been an improvement. I came from Bose and right out of the box these were a huge improvement in all ways and are continuing to improve. Every device has their own eccentricity’s but even those have been easy to adopt to. I’m wondering if the hardware is still being improved since I was a somewhat early adapter. I have recommended several people to these and have heard positive feedback. In fact my daughter just ordered a set and is awaiting them at this time. Keep up the great work one of the best devices I’ve ever owned.

    Brilliant!

    Obsessed! Bose had the game changer sleep buds. As someone with chronic insomnia, I felt I had hit gold. I wore my first pair out only to be greeted with anxiety of hearing they were discontinued! I was and still am ELATED when I found Ozlo was hitting the scene! Money well spent!!!😍

    Life changing

    I tried many different solutions to improve my sleep that was bad because of neighbors and street noise, the sleep buds are the only one that gave me relief and they tick all the boxes :

    New dad finally getting some sleep

    Amazing sleep I cannot hear her snoring, or the TV or the bathroom fan.

    I have a partner who snores, quite loudly and erratic. These are mega expensive to be sure, and a draw back on cost alone to many. But after 4 nights of undisturbed blissful sleep nothing compares.

    After all the methods tried listed below, with me sneaking into the spare room more often than not having not gone to sleep, and wife not happy I researched alternatives. These last the night, are comfy, cancel all noise, (I cannot hear the TV or bathroom fan or my wifes snoring).

    4 nights on the bounce perfect sleep. These are not going back. Worth every penny until there is a cheaper alternative.

    These do not cancel noise they block and the claim is they are more effective. That is my experience.

    I have tried many cheaper alternatives, from disposable plugs that claim 22-36db noise reduction, I can still hear her.

    I have tried apple ipods pro. Yes great noise cancelling but due to hard plastic they hurt after a while if on your side. They also die after six hours and some lady wakes me up telling me the battery is getting low. Not appreciated at 4am.

    I have tried snoozeband with noise muffling sounds via apple and headspace, but still audible.

    I have tried snooze band with disposable plugs better but not perfect.

    Completely Blocks Snoring Noise!!!!

    I was skeptical at first because I have tried just about everything to try to block my husband’s snoring! I’m a VERY light sleeper and snoring wakes me up, and keeps me from falling asleep again. BUT Ozlo Sleepbuds COMPLETELY block the snoring!!! I now fall asleep right away and stay asleep all night for the first time in 40 years!!! Thank you Ozlo!!

    I’m glad Bose stopped making theirs because these are better!

    I was really worried when my Bose Sleep Headphones died. I tried another brand and was disappointed and sent them back. Then I found Ozlo and from the first night, I was thrilled! The default noise is fabulous and I did not even change it for anything else. The buds are comfortable, the sound cancelling super and the app interface is great. It took a moment to set them up and get them to pair, but that was the only issue.

    They don’t connect

    Please send me a return envelope for a refund. They do not connect properly and I have been working with your team for weeks. I have two other Ozlo Sleepbuds and this is the others connected fine, but I have wasted to much time on these and it was incredibly frustrating.
