      Best service ever

      One earbud stopped working. After a couple of questions, testing an investigation the supporter decided to ship a new earbud.

      Replacement Earbuds

      These turned out far better than the originals in battery life. The originals lasted about 8 hours with these replacements lasting over 10 hours. I think it had something to do with these replacements coming inside a plastic bag instead of being in the charging case, constantly draining the battery but I'm not sure. Also, the support team responded within 12 hours & resolved my claim in a timely manner.

      Excellent customer service

      The replacement bud was delivered extremely quickly saving me from the torment of my husband’s snoring. The team dealt with my query very efficiently and with great understanding and care for which I am immensely grateful.

      Finally, effective earbuds that don't hurt when you sleep

      These are very comfortable earbuds and are very effective at keeping out noise. Makes for a good night sleep when living in a noisy apartment in the middle of a city!
