What is the warranty?

Ozlo Sleepbuds come with a 1-year warranty. In the EU and UK, that is extended to two years. See Details

Do they have noise cancelling?

Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.

Can I stream anything?

Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.

Do they have an alarm?

Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.

Is there a phone-free mode?

While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.

What is the wireless range?

Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices. 

Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?

Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 16.4 or later.

No.

Can they take phone calls?

While there is a microphone in the charging case (to assess the noise level in your sleeping environment), there is no microphone in Sleepbuds® to support phone calls.

    Better than Bose!

    I had the Bose sleep buds and I would say that these fit my ears better and have a better range in the volume control. It took me ages to get the volume that suited me on the Bose got this first time on the Ozlo.

    I have only had them a couple of week and so far so good, the only thing I have noticed is that my “charging station” never reaches 100% charge the maximum is 99%. This might never be an issue but will monitor.

    I would recommend as I have tried other sleep buds and bands and none of them could replicate the Bose sleep buds, I think so far the Ozlo is at least a match if not better.

    Worth the money!

    The earbuds were very comfortable to wear for a whole night, I played my music via bluetooth, the sound was amazing, it blocked the snoring sound like dream!

    From Bose Sleepbuds to Ozlo Sleepbuds,

    Just moved from Bose Sleepbuds to Ozlo Sleepbuds, I am really happy: almost all the issues of the Bose (unreliable BT connection, inability to be used as normal earbuds, not-so-fancy app, frequent displacement of the sleepbuds in recharge) have been addressed.

    So relieved, too: they are my main tool for a peaceful sleep :)

    Game changing - never slept so well (seriously)

    After 40 years of poor sleep I finally understand what good sleep feels like. Sounds wake me easily. My friend bought these when they were made by Bose, and loves them, so I eventually decided to spend the money and hope they would be worth it. The very first night I slept so well I couldn't believe it. I've now had the Ozlo Sleepbuds for about three weeks, ty do need adjusting sometimes, especially because I'm a side-sleeper and my ear feels slightly sore at times, but these have been a game changer! I listen to the ocean sound and am not disturbed by my husband who snores loudly. I wake if there is a loud sound, which is also reassuring. I highly recommend these sleepbuds, they're worth every cent.

    I have woken up so few times now!

    I've struggled with earbuds before because they don't fit and fall out, or don't block the noise of my wonderful but very snor-y partner. I love the sleep sounds that get me back to sleep when I do wake, I'm waking up far far less than I used to due to noise disturbance and they are very comfy.
